Minutes of HCR Club Meeting
June 4th, 2009
Yakima Athletic Club

Call to order 7:05 PM. Members present: Greg Broyles , Elizabeth Tutsch, Frank Purdy, Eric Anderson, Barry James, Pat and Karen Miller, Shawna Schooley, Jack and Janis Carlton.

Greg presented Shawna with an award for being the recipient of our club scholarship. She will be attending Everett Community College.

Treasurer’s report: Checking, Savings and the kid’s marathon accounts are all healthy.

Membership: We have 175 members on the books.

Old business: We did join the Greenway as a club and they have provided us with some storage space. Our equipment will be available basically, Monday through Friday 8-5. We also have a new charger for the big clock.

New Business: Clear Lake has 190 pre-registered. Everything is good to go. Kids Marathon, good to go. They have some great sponsors and 150 registered.

Greg is going to inquire about our insurance covering a poker run on July 12th.

Dr. Bailey Smith was a late arrival and gave a brief presentation on Upper Cervical Health. Had we known it would have been nice to have blocked out more time for her presentation. It was quite interesting and educational.
