Highland Fun Run
Cold and gusty winds couldn't stop runners from around the valley from successfully completing the 5K/10K+ Highland Fun Run. The fun run opened the Highland Community Days activities on Saturday, August 16 at 8a.m. Thirty-six runners completed the course which finished in Tieton Square where awards were presented and runners were invited to stay and ride in the parade later that morning. Calm skies prevailed and the race was complete wit h great weather and fun was had by all.
Proceeds from the event went to the Highland High School Class of 2006.
