Naches Valley High School

Shall be attending Eastern Washington University & competing on the cross country & track & field teams.

Goals: degree in education & become a special education teacher.

Each year, The Hard Core Runners Club awards two five hundred dollar scholarships to local runners.

The recipients must be high school seniors or collegiate students that will be attending a college/university. Each must complete the cross country and or track and field program for the year running 800 meters or longer events.

Selection by the schoalrship team is based upon several criteria which include financial needs, academic, career, athletic accomplishments & goals, what they will 'return' to the running club and an a short essay of 'what running means to me'.

Will be attending the University of Washington

Goals: degree in business - pro bono work as a lawyer, sub 4 minute mile
